With over 12 years of experience as a design consultant across diverse sectors —healthcare, mobility, telecommunications, finance, and consumer goods—Lara

has honed her skills in crafting intuitive, user-centric solutions that align with real needs and business objectives.

However, Lara's journey took a transformative turn in 2021 when she felt compelled to focus on Clinical UX, driven by a deep-seated desire to make a tangible difference in people's lives, particularly in the healthcare domain.

Today, Lara collaborates with a multidisciplinary team comprising clinical specialists, researchers, designers, and developers at Siemens Healthineers.

Together, they are dedicated to improving and reshaping the way Radiation Oncologists and their teams collaborate across the treatment journey of cancer patients.
